At the beginning of the year, we started interviewing CEOs to answer the question: What brings Joy at Work? So enlightening! We were moving along at about 2-3 interviews each week then the pandemic hit. We just restarted the interviews (which are now video calls) and now have over 20 done. Our goal is to interview 100 CEOs and senior leaders to give us enough data to use in writing for academic and popular publications, and to further refine our Joy Assessment.

JOY AT WORK(SHOP)
Set up as a 2-Part Lunch-and-Learn for your team, this workshop is a personal audit of your most joyful life experiences and the development of a plan/calendar to bring more of those into your work, work relationships, your team and your company. We’ll also discuss the obstacles that will emerge throughout the year and strategies for working through them. This is a guided experience but you ultimately choose where you want to go. Our job is to help you imagine and push out the boundaries – to help you imagine your professional year of joy!
